Your media channel on Mixlr can be customized to reflect your organization’s branding and profile.
This article will show you where to add images and update visual elements to help your audience connect with your brand as they listen to your content.
TIP💡We recommend using 1024 x 1024 for all your artwork images.
Your settings
Update your branding and profile directly in your creator's settings.
Branding
Channel name: choose a name that reflects your content.
TIP 💡Keep your channel name and channel link similar so it’s easy for your audience to remember.
Channel description: this is displayed on your channel’s About section.
Theme color: select the main color for your channel and players using the color picker or enter a hex value for your brand color. e.g. #000000

Channel artwork: this will be used as the default image across your channel, event, recordings and collections.
Your channel artwork will act as a fallback image if you don't have an image for a new event yet, ensuring you always start a broadcast on-brand.
Profile
Picture: add an image to customize your admin account.
Your profile picture is what appears when chatting to listeners on your channel, or when visiting other channels.
Your content
Live events: you can add an image when scheduling an event, right before you starting a live event, or even while broadcasting live.
Select Edit to make changes from your broadcast screen.
Recordings: you can update your local recording’s image before saving it to the cloud or after it has been uploaded as a cloud recording.
Collections: curate your recordings into collections and display artwork for each collection.
Your external sites

When live, your embeddable player displays the same image as your live event; when off-air, it either displays your channel artwork or promotes an upcoming event featuring your scheduled event's artwork.
