Your live event page is where listeners can tune into your Mixlr broadcasts. Each live event has a unique link which you can share with your audience.
This article will walk you through what you can do with your live event page.
Branding
On the branding page within your creator settings you can set your name, your theme color and your brand logo.
Your theme color helps determine the font, background and other elements on your live event pages, so we recommend using something which will complement the artwork images you select.
It’s not possible to use white as your theme color.
Your brand logo is an icon which will be displayed on all pages within your live event page, so it’s good to use something unique and identifiable.
💡If you are on a paid plan, you will have a permanent channel on Mixlr with dedicated pages for your events, recordings, and more. Explore more choices available for branding your own channel with a paid plan.
Promoting your events
Each live event you broadcast on Mixlr will have its own unique link. You can share this with your audience from the live broadcast screen.
If you'd like to advertise your event ahead of going live, you can schedule in advance and send the unique link to listeners to promote your broadcast.
💡If you are on a paid plan, listeners will be able to see a list of all your upcoming events on your channel.
Your live events
Once you're live on Mixlr, listeners will see your artwork and event title on your event page. You can update your image and event title before and after going live via the Edit button, where you can also set a description for your events.
Your live listener count will be displayed on your live events, along with a chat section. Any logged in listeners will be able to post hearts and messages on your event page, where they can also post emojis and gifs.
💡If you are on a paid plan, you can customize more event options for your live event page including hiding the listener count and disabling chat.
