FAQs

What’s the difference between listeners and plays?

Listeners will count each individual who has listened to your recordings. If one person listens to two of your recordings, they will count only once to your Listeners number.

Plays will count each time one of your recordings is played, so that same individual listening to two of your recordings will contribute twice to your Plays number.

What data sources are currently available?

This feature is currently in beta and only displays data about listeners who have connected via the Mixlr website from May 19th 2023. Mobile listener data will be available soon.
