Schedule pre-recorded audio to stream automatically

Use advanced scheduling to automate events with your existing recordings

Updated this week

If you prepare your audio content in advance, you can schedule your recordings to go live at a specific time. Listeners will be able to tune in at the same time and listen, chat, and heart your stream together.

This article will walk you through how you can automate events by scheduling your pre-recorded audio.

This feature is available on selected paid plans.

Automated events can also be scheduled using recordings and collections you’ve already uploaded.

2. Click or tap ‘Schedule this recording/collection to go live at a specific time’

3. On the Automated event page, select a time for the recording or collection to go live and update any of the auto-filled event details you wish to change

4. Select Schedule event

💡 If you have fallback enabled, your pre-recorded event will take over at the scheduled start time. Once it ends, your fallback will restart.
