If you have various types of content on your channel, such as live recordings from a recent tournament or a back catalogue of interviews, you may want to group these recordings together as a Collection so listeners looking for related content can find them easily.
This article will show you how to create Collections of your audio content for your channel.
If you don't have any recordings yet, find out to record your event and then upload it to the cloud, so that you may add the recording to a Collection.
Your Recordings page
Select the Recordings icon in the top right of your Creators dashboard to go to your Recordings page
From your Recordings page, choose the recordings you want to compile into a collection by adding a tick ✔️ to the selected recording(s)
Create a new Collection
Once you've selected your recording(s), scroll back to the top of your Recordings page, select +Collection and then +Add collection
This will pull up a New collection screen, where you can you can add the following:
Title (this is necessary to create a new collection)
Description (this is useful for letting listeners know what they’ll find in this collection)
Access level (see this article for more information about access levels)
Artwork (listeners will engage more if there is a featured image)
Select Create collection and your selected recordings will be added to your newly created collection
It's also possible to create a new collection before adding any recordings. From your Recordings page, select the Collections tab, then select Add collection.
Add to existing Collections
Select your recording(s) from your Recordings page, then select the +Collection button
Your existing Collections will appear as options in the dropdown menu
Choose one of the Collections to add your recording(s) to — you’ll see confirmation that it has been assigned to a collection
Update an individual recording to add it to one or more existing Collections.
