Crash reports
Updated over 6 years ago

If you experience any issues that cause a crash the Mixlr desktop app will send us a report with detailed information about what may have caused the crash.

All information is treated as confidential and will only be used to improve future versions of this program.

Sensitive data: Crash reports include a ‘dump file’ of Mixlr’s memory contents at the time of the crash, which may contain data from the Mixlr app that identifies you or is otherwise sensitive to you. (This will not include any data from any other applications - only from Mixlr.)

Technical data: Crash reports include data on why Mixlr crashed and the state of device memory and execution during the crash.

You can opt out of this at any time by going to the Window tab (in Windows - in Mac, the Mixlr tab) and opening your Preferences settings, and switching ‘Automatically send crash reports’ to ‘OFF’. You’ll still have the option to submit data to us if the app crashes via a manual form.
