Schedule your recordings to broadcast automatically

Have your cloud recordings to go live at a specific time

Updated this week

You can broadcast your cloud recordings remotely by scheduling it in advance.

This feature uses one of your online audio collections so you won’t need to be at your desk - or even keep your computer running - to start a live broadcast.

Read on to find out how to schedule your cloud recordings to go live at a specific time.

Cloud broadcasting is available on the Advanced plan.

Schedule a new event

1. Select Schedule from your creator’s dashboard

2. Add your event details, schedule a time and select an access level

If you don’t want your scheduled event to be publicly available, select an Unlisted or Only Me access level. Read more about access levels here.

3. Select Add scheduled recording collection? and choose a collection from the drop down menu

You will need a collection of audio recordings to broadcast remotely. If you don’t have an existing collection, you’ll be prompted to create one.

4. Select Schedule event

💡 If you have fallback enabled, your pre-recorded event will take over at the scheduled start time. Once it ends, your fallback will restart.
