There are a number of reasons why you might need to update your payment details, for example if your previous card has expired or you want to just change the card that's being billed. We've tried to make this as easy as possible.
TIP: this article is only relevant for Mixlr users with an active paid subscription. If you don't have an active paid subscription and you are trying to re-subscribe, you will be able to update your card details before making the payment.
Go to the Settings page
Log in to your Mixlr account and click on SETTINGS.
Go to the Subscription page
From the Settings page select the Subscription tab.
TIP: you can navigate directly to your Subscriptions page by clicking on this link.
Edit card details
On the Subscription page, click on the red 'Manage subscription' button to open up your subscription manager.
Then click on 'Add payment method' to add your new card details.
Follow the instructions on screen to enter your new card details.
Make sure you have ticked the option to 'Use as default payment method'. Then click 'Add' to complete the process.
TIP: You can remove any old card from your account by clicking on the three dots to the right of your old card and then selecting 'Delete'.
Your card details are securely stored by our payments provider who handle payments on our behalf. Not even we can access them!
Once you've entered your new card information the new details will be used to collect your subscription payments going forward.
