Record your live broadcast
Enable or disable automatic recording of your live events in Mixlr Studio and the Mixlr for Creators app.
Recording is enabled by default — your live broadcast will be recorded automatically each time you go live. You can check or change this setting before your broadcast starts.
Mixlr Studio (desktop)
Auto Record is enabled by default in Mixlr Studio. To check or change your recording settings:
1. In the Recording box, select the gear icon.
2. Select the Streaming tab.
3. Toggle Auto Record on or off.
Auto Stop Recording — when enabled, recording stops automatically when your broadcast ends. This is on by default.
You can also start and stop recording manually at any time using the RECORD button in the Recording box.
Mixlr for Creators (mobile)
1. On the broadcast screen, select the mixer icon (bottom left).
2. Under Audio settings, toggle Enable recording on or off.
