Troubleshooting help if you're having problems updating your profile picture on the Mixlr Android app

If you see an error message saying 'Storage not available' when trying to update your profile picture on the Mixlr Android app, this may be due to the permissions settings on your device.


To check this, go to your device's main Settings menu, open Apps, and find Mixlr.

In the Mixlr Settings App Info screen tap the 'Permission' section. You should see two options: Microphone and Storage.

Enable the Storage option and you should be able to update your Profile Picture.
