When does my broadcast time reset?

How broadcast time limits work on legacy Mixlr plans.

Note: This article applies to users on a legacy Mixlr plan only. All current paid plans offer unlimited broadcast time. See Change your subscription plan if you'd like to upgrade.

How the reset works

If you're on a legacy plan, your broadcast time resets on a 24-hour rolling basis. The reset time is based on when you last started a broadcast — for example, if you went live at 9am on Monday, your time will reset at 9am on Tuesday.

Changing your reset time

If you'd like your reset to happen at a different time of day, wait until your current reset occurs. At that point the reset becomes 'floating' — it stays in that state until you start your next broadcast, which then sets the time of your next reset.

Run out of time?

If your broadcast time has run out and you don't want to wait for the reset, upgrading to a current paid plan will give you unlimited broadcast time immediately. See Change your subscription plan.
