Turn on your podcast RSS feed

Mixlr generates an RSS feed from your cloud recordings, which you can submit to major podcast platforms so listeners can find your audio on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and more.

There are three steps to get set up:

• Enable your RSS feed

• Add recordings to your feed

• Submit your feed to podcast platforms

Step 1: Enable your RSS feed

1. Select the settings icon in the top-right corner of your Creators dashboard.

2. Under Channel settings, select RSS (Podcast feed).

3. Toggle the RSS feed option to On.

4. Select Save changes. You'll see confirmation that your RSS feed is currently on.

Step 2: Add recordings to your feed

When uploading a new recording

When uploading a broadcast or external recording, tick Add recording to RSS feed before saving.

Tip: To have this ticked automatically for every new upload, go to RSS (Podcast feed) in Channel settings and enable Automatically add uploaded recordings to RSS feed.

Adding an existing recording

5. From Recordings in the left-hand navigation, select Library.

6. Select the three dots (⋯) on the recording you want to add and choose Edit.

7. Tick Add recording to RSS feed and save your changes.

Note: A recording must have its access level set to Public or Unlisted to appear in your RSS feed.

Step 3: Submit your feed to podcast platforms

Go to RSS (Podcast feed) in Channel settings and copy your unique RSS feed URL using the copy icon.
