Set the access level for your audio collections
Make your Mixlr collections public or unlisted to control who can find and access them.
By default, collections are set to Public and appear on your Mixlr channel. You can change a collection to Unlisted so it doesn't appear on your channel — but can still be shared directly with a specific audience via a link. This is useful for exclusive content, subscriber-only archives, or keeping automated streaming content off your public channel.

Change a collection's access level
1. Go to your Collections page: https://creators.mixlr.com/collections
• Mixlr for Creators (mobile): select the Recordings tab > Cloud recordings > Collections tab
• Mixlr Studio (desktop): in the menu bar, select Recordings > Cloud recordings > Collections tab
• Web (Creators dashboard): select Recordings from the left-hand navigation > Collections tab
2. Tick the checkbox next to the collection(s) you want to update.
3. Select the Move button, then choose Public or Unlisted from the dropdown.

Share an unlisted collection
1. On your Collections page, select the Unlisted tab to view your unlisted collections.
2. Select the collection you want to share.
3. From the collection's page, copy the link using the link icon, or share directly using the Facebook or X buttons.
Note: Unlisted collections don't appear on your channel, but anyone with the link can access them. Share the link only with the audience you intend to reach.
Access levels explained
The access level of a collection interacts with the access level of the individual recordings inside it. Here's how the combinations work:
