Payment methods and troubleshooting
Which payment methods Mixlr accepts and what to do if your card isn't working.
Accepted cards
Mixlr accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Subscriptions are charged in USD, EUR, GBP, or MXN depending on your location.
PayPal
PayPal is accepted for annual subscriptions. To set up a PayPal payment, contact our support team and we'll arrange it for you: support@mixlr.com
Note: PayPal subscriptions do not renew automatically. Contact us before your renewal date to arrange the next payment. Email us at support@mixlr.com.
Why is my card not working?
If your card is being declined, here are the most common reasons:
• Insufficient funds — check that your account balance covers the subscription amount.
• Expired card — check that your card has not passed its expiry date.
• Incorrect name or address — the cardholder name and billing address must match exactly what is registered with your card provider.
• International payments blocked — some banks block international or online payments by default. Contact your card provider to unblock it.
If you've checked all of the above and are still having trouble, we would recommend contacting your card provider.
