Pay for your overdue renewal
Submit a payment if your subscription renewal is overdue.
Your Mixlr subscription renews automatically each month or year. If a renewal payment fails, Mixlr will retry several times before cancelling your subscription. You can also pay the overdue amount manually at any time.
Important: You won't be able to start a live event until your overdue payment has been processed.
Pay via email
If your renewal payment fails, Mixlr will send you an email notification. Select the pay your overdue invoice link in the email to go directly to your invoice and submit payment.
Pay via your Creators dashboard
1. Log in to your Creators dashboard at https://creators.mixlr.com/
2. You'll see a prompt to access your overdue invoice — select it.
3. On the invoice page, select Card, enter your payment details, and submit.
Once your payment is processed, you'll be able to go live.
Note: If you paid with a new card, it won't automatically become your default payment method for future renewals. See Update your payment method to update it.
