Change or reset your password
Update your password or request a reset link if you've forgotten it.
Change your password
Use this option if you're already logged in to your Creators dashboard.
1. Select the settings icon in the top-right corner of your Creators dashboard.
2. Select Account settings.
3. Select Change password now.
4. Enter your New password.
5. Enter your Current password and select Save.
Reset your password
Use this option if you've forgotten your password and can't log in.
1. Go to https://mixlr.com/users/password_resets/new/ and enter the email address registered to your Mixlr account.
2. Check your inbox for a reset email and select the link inside.
3. Enter your new password and select Save new password.
Tip: If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam or junk folder. Make sure emails from mixlr.com and mixlrmail.com aren't blocked.
