Add a support button to your channel

Let listeners donate or pay to support your audio content directly from your channel.

A support button lets listeners show their appreciation directly from your channel page, by donating or submitting payment through a third-party service.

The following services are supported:

• Bandcamp

• Cash App

• GoFundMe

• Kickstarter

• Ko-Fi

• Patreon

• PayPal.me

• Shopify

• Teachable

• Venmo

Add a support button

1. Select the settings icon in the top-right corner of your Creators dashboard.

2. Under Channel settings, select Channel page.

3. Scroll down to the Social / Support Links section.

4. Select the first dropdown and choose Support.

5. Enter your payment service link in the field. Make sure to include the full URL, for example: https://www.paypal.me/yourname

6. Select Save.

The support button will now appear on your channel page for listeners to use.

Tip: If listeners are paying to access exclusive content, consider adding an access code to your channel for paying listeners only.

 

Change your payment link

7. Return to Channel settings > Channel page.

8. Replace the link in the first field under Social / Support Links with your new payment service link.

9. Select Save.

Remove the support button

10. Return to Channel settings > Channel page.

11. Delete the link in the first field under Social / Support Links.

12. Select Save.
