We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Why is my card not working with Mixlr?

There are a number of reasons why your card may not be working with Mixlr.

  • Not enough funds in the account

Please check that you have enough funds in your account. We currently charge all subscriptions in US dollars, which your bank may need to convert to your local currency. Please use an online currency converter to double-check the amount you need available, and leave a bit of leeway in case of different conversion rates.

  • Card past expiry date

Please check that your card has not passed its expiry date.

  • Cardholder name or address is incorrect

One of the most common causes of declines is the cardholder name and/or address not matching the one registered with your card provider. Please ensure that you type your full name (as it appears on your card) and address (the same one registered with your bank).

  • Card is blocked for international payments

Some banks block international or internet payments by default, for security purposes. Please check with your card provider if this is the case. They should be able to unblock it.
